It's always a little scary when you have to seek out someone to fix something, but these folks are everything you hope for when you need help. They are accessible, friendly, and accommodating when you are trying to set up a time for service. They show up when they say they will (for me the same day), fix the problem and charge a fair price. Good work, good customer service and fair prices--what more could you ask for? I would happily recommend this appliance repair company in St Louis Mo to my friends.

Incredible Service! I have used another appliance repair service in St. Louis and also the Gas Company and these guys are the best of the best. Had a problem with my gas dryer and they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within 30 minutes for a very reasonable service fee. Our oven wasn't heating. Saw the reviews on google for a few appliance repair service shops in St Louis, and thought I'd try this one based on the previous 5 star reviews. I called at 9, got a 12-5pm service window for same day service. John was friendly and competent during the repair. The service call happened to coincide with the kiddo's naptime, and John asked if it was ok to use his power screwdriver, or if it would be too loud. To a parent of two young kids, small courtesy like that is remarkable customer service. John explained the issue and provided a reasonable price quote. He replaced the faulty thermostat and had the problem fixed promptly. In truth, I had pulled the heating element as an attempt at DIY repair. John spent more time restoring the element than it took to swap the faulty thermostat. Having to fix household appliances sucks. Ovens should just work. Thankfully All American Appliance gets this, and makes service calls easy.

~ Honest Friendly Service ~
I highly recommend All-American Appliance. My washer was making some noises and sometimes not draining properly, and I also asked to have my dryer checked and cleaned. When I called, the lady who answered the phone told me up front that dryers really don't need servicing. Allan, the technician, called before he got here, and he was here on time. He said there was some wear on the belt and valve but not enough to really be causing problems. He said he'd replace them if I wanted him to, but that it really wasn't necessary. He also showed me how to prop my drainage hose so the machine would drain better. He said he'd look at the dryer but that it would be $19.50 for the second appliance and if I'm not having problems it wasn't necessary, so I didn't have him look at it because it's working fine already. If he'd have told me those parts needed replacing, I'd have let him do it to the tune of $168. Instead, I just paid a $39 service call and feel confident that my washer isn't about to go on the fritz. Before I called All-American, I asked my friends and neighbors who they use for repairs. They all said they just replace their appliances when they break and couldn't recommend anyone. I'll tell them to call All-American before they replace anything in the future.
